Welcome to Women’s Lift Lab!

Q:I’m interested in joining Women’s Lift Lab– How do I get started?

A: You can join us at any time! Please contact us at 703-870-8315 or complete the contact form to schedule a time to meet with us. We look forward to meeting you. :)

Q: What we do and who we are?

A: Our goal is to improve the health and lives of women locally onsite and globally with our virtual training program. Our programs are semi-private and structured. We do not believe in exercising for the sake of exercise. Our programming is specific to each individual and is based on improving clinical metrics in addition to supporting personal goals (i.e. strength, aesthetics).

Q: What should I expect?

A: We cater to women with a heavy emphasis on improving clinical outcomes, strength, and mobility. Joining Women’s Lift Lab is like becoming a part of our family that cares for one another and encourages the health and fitness path you are about to start. This goes for our virtual training group as well! There are many other gyms out there but not one of them has the clinical knowledge and training that we do. Our members value the individual attention they receive. We understand that a lot of time will be spent here so we make sure you are comfortable and that it is a place you enjoy coming to. Time is fleeting; change starts today! Reach out here!

Q: Which program is right for me?

A: We offer an onsite and virtual program in addition to our co-ed youth program. We are open Monday-Friday during specific class times and by appointment.

Hybrid Strength Training: Is offered M/T/W/Th in the morning and evening. You will experience a variety of weight lifting, kettlebell training, and strength based lifts in a guided small group training environment.

Kettlebell Training: This is currently offered on Monday and Wednesday morning. The focus of kettlebell training is to develop endurance, mobility, power, and strength. It is a high intensity regimen, which will help improve stamina and aerobic conditioning.

Semi-Private Clinical Training: This training is limited to 4 members each session and takes place on Tuesday and Friday. It’s perfect for those looking to improve a metabolic or musculoskeletal condition.

Private Personal Training: Private training is offered as individual sessions or can be split between two people.

Yoga: Yoga is offered at select times during the week to help improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery.

Virtual Program: The virtual program is self-paced. Programming is posted each week on our app and you perform the training at your convenience. We offer a hybrid program that utilizes a squat rack, barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells as well as a kettlebell only program. You can read more information here. If you are interested in the virtual kettlebell program, click here.

Youth Athletic Program: The youth program is tailored for those between the ages of 8-17. The training is a mix of strength and body weight movements. This class is led by a coach and will help your young adult learn how to safely exercise and build strength. Reach out to ElevatedAthletesTraining@gmail.com for more information.

Q: What are your membership options?

We offer a few options to fit your schedule. Our main plan includes a 5-day per week and a 3-day per week option. If you need a bit more flexibility, we do offer a class-pass option, which is 5 prepaid sessions that you can use anytime within a 3-month period with no other commitment.

Q: What if I have NEVER trained OR I have training experience elsewhere?

A: Everyone starts somewhere! Those with minimal training experience start with a 2-day onboarding process, which includes an assessment as well as a workout that reviews terminology used in the sessions and basic body mechanics. The beauty of our small group training sessions is that you are able to get the support and attention you need without the large crowds. We are here for you and want to help you continue to grow!

Q: Are there contracts, deposits, or registration fees?

A: There is a 3-month commitment and a one-time $40 enrollment fee. After that it is month-to-month and there are no other fees. For the class-pass option, there is no commitment or other fee.

Q: Can I bring a guest?

A: Of course! Guest passes are available for the daily drop-in rate of $20.00.

Q: Do you offer nutritional support?

A: Yes, nutritional support is a service we offer.

Q: Is your program difficult?

A: No! We work at your pace and we want to make sure you ladies are comfortable with the training we provide here at Women’s Lift Lab!
