Kettlebell Training Program

The Kettlebell training program is for those who want to train exclusively with kettlebells. Click HERE for an informational sheet. The program focus is strength and endurance based with programming available 3-days per week. For $35 a month, members of the kettlebell program get:

  • Access to our app so workouts can be accessed by your smartphone

  • Access to our private Facebook group, which gives you unlimited messaging for basic training and nutrition questions

  • 3 full body workouts a week

  • Form checks and feedback

The weekly structure looks like this:

Day 1: Full-body with squat focus

Day 2: Full-body with deadlift focus

Day 3: Full-body Hybrid Conditioning
