Onsite Training

Hybrid Strength Group Training:

In Women’s Lift Lab’s most popular training model, members are thoroughly evaluated to start. We use this first session to gather the information necessary to prepare the member for success in our small group training. Following the assessment, members perform personalized training methods in a group setting.

Beginners Training Session:

This training session consists of (4) private sessions. It allows beginners the opportunity to learn how to lift and get comfortable within the training environment. We perform a full assessment and explain how to address any physical limitations or health conditions as well. After the the four sessions are completed, the member will move into the hybrid strength group training.

Private Personal Training:

While most of the training at WLL takes place in a semi-private (small group) format with individualized programming, we also have some spaces available for individuals to train one-on-one with our staff members – all of whom have extensive experience with personal training.

These one-on-one training sessions take place during quieter hours at the facility, so they’re a good option for those who may have “gym-timidation.” Additionally, they may be a better fit for those who need to exercise at times when Women’s Lift Lab may not be open for normal hours.

We offer half hour and full hour sessions. Rates start as low as $45 per session.

Kettlebell Training:

The Kettlebell Training program is faster paced with a higher intensity than our hybrid strength program. It is great if you are looking for a full-body workout that is is focused on developing power, strength, and endurance with an emphasis on cardiac output. These sessions will get you sweating for sure!

Health and Nutrition Consultations

This service includes custom exercise programming, nutrition guidance, and a 30 minute consult each month to assess progress. These consultations will help you develop a strategy to meet your goals and is offered onsite as well as virtually. Whether you are looking to lose weight or improve your blood sugar, we can help create a custom plan so you can continue to make strides toward your health goals.
