I typically don’t do this for Georgia Bulldog fans (GO GATORS!) but I will make an exception. Happy birthday to Lauren, who turns the big 37! :)
Directions: Perform the following movements with whichever tool you choose. This could be a barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, trap bar etc. For example, if you only have a KB then do a heel elevated front rack loaded KB squat. Post your vids!

Deadlift 1x37
Bench/Floor Press 1x37
Hip Thrust 1x37
BB Seated Abduction EOMOM 37 reps @ 8 minutes
EOMOM: Every OTHER Minute on the Minute. Perform 37 reps at the start of the minute and rest until the every other minute starts. So essentially you have 2 minutes to complete the reps. Do this for 8 minutes for a total of 148 reps.
